For Families & Caregivers

You can't always be there.
We can.

Stroll gives your loved one a safe, structured reason to get outside every week — with a trusted Guide who picks them up at the door and brings them home. You stay in the loop after every stroll.

The worry doesn't go away on its own.

You've noticed your parent or loved one going out less. Maybe they've said they're fine, but you can tell they're more isolated than they used to be. Loneliness and inactivity sneak up — and the longer they sit, the harder it is to restart.

Stroll gives them a consistent, joyful reason to get moving — and gives you something concrete: a Guide you trust, a routine that holds, and a notification after every stroll so you know they made it home.

What Stroll does for your family

Movement they'll actually do

Regular walks improve cardiovascular health, balance, and mood. The social element is what makes it stick — your loved one isn't going to the gym alone, they're going with friends.

A Guide you can trust

Every Guide is background-checked, CPR-certified, and trained on senior mobility before their first stroll. They pick your loved one up at the front door and return them home safely.

Updates after every stroll

Caregivers receive attendance confirmation after each walk. No more wondering if Mom made it out today — you'll know.

You can enroll for them

Stroll is designed for seniors, but the sign-up process works for family members too. You handle the enrollment — they just show up at the door.

How to get your loved one started

  1. 1

    Check their ZIP code

They get matched with a Guide

We pair your loved one with a consistent Guide who knows their pace, their name, and their front door. The same face, every week.

  4. 4

You get updates. They get community.

After each stroll, you receive a confirmation. Every walk ends with a signature sweet treat — a small ritual that gives your loved one something to look forward to.
