Sign Up is easy! Your first stroll could be this week!

Before your first stroll (pre-activation): You enroll first; then, as enough neighbors join, your area forms a route and we match a Guide. When strolls are ready to schedule, we reach out so you know what happens next — you are not left guessing.

    Choose Your Stroll

    Pick from scheduled morning or afternoon strolls. Share your pace preference and pickup address. Signing up is easy!

    Get matched with a Guide!

    We match you with an experienced, CPR certified Guide who knows your pace and shows up as a familiar face every week — NOT a rotating stranger!

    Stroll Together

    Your Guide picks you up at your door, leads a small group stroll. Families get an update after every stroll.

    Build Community and Connection

    Enjoy conversation, fresh air and movement! All strolls finish with a signature sweet treat — a small ritual that turns a health routine into something everyone looks forward to, and keeps people coming back week after week.

Who this is for

Stroll is designed for active seniors who can walk independently for at least 60 minutes without a walker, cane, or wheelchair. If that's not you yet, our Caregiver portal can help with companion options.
