Trained & certified Guides
Every Stroll Guide is background-checked, CPR certified, and trained on senior mobility awareness before leading their first stroll. They know our members by name.
Planned routes & pacing
All routes are pre-planned for terrain, traffic, and accessibility. Groups are paced to the slowest comfortable speed — no one is left behind or pushed beyond their ability.
Small group sizes
Groups of up to 4 walkers. Small enough that your Guide can give every member real attention and respond immediately if someone needs a break.
Door-to-door protocol
Your Guide arrives at your front door and returns you safely home after every stroll. No drop-offs at the curb. No figuring out transportation alone.
Emergency protocols
Guides carry emergency contact information for every member. Incident reporting, escalation procedures, and management oversight are defined and active on every stroll.
Family visibility
Families, Loved Ones or Caregivers receive an attendance confirmation after each stroll. If something changes — a reassignment, a schedule update, an incident — your family is notified promptly.
Fully insured operations
Stroll carries comprehensive coverage designed specifically for senior service businesses — so you and your family never have to worry about what happens if something unexpected occurs.
