Safety is our foundation

Every decision at Stroll — from Guide training to route planning to insurance — is made with senior safety at the center.

Trained & certified Guides

Every Stroll Guide is background-checked, CPR and first aid certified, and trained on senior mobility awareness before leading their first walk. They know our walkers by name.

Planned routes & pacing

All routes are pre-planned for terrain, traffic, and accessibility. Groups are paced to the slowest comfortable speed — no one is left behind or pushed beyond their ability.

Small group sizes

Groups of 8 walkers maximum. Small enough that your Guide can give every walker real attention and respond immediately if someone needs a break.

Door-to-door protocol

Your Guide arrives at your front door and returns you safely home after every walk. No drop-offs at the curb. No figuring out transportation alone.

Emergency protocols

Guides carry emergency contact information for every walker. Incident reporting, escalation procedures, and management oversight are defined and active on every walk.

Family visibility

Families, Loved Ones or Caregivers receive an attendance confirmation after each walk. If something changes — a reassignment, a schedule update, an incident — your family is notified promptly.

Fully insured operations

Stroll carries comprehensive coverage designed specifically for senior service businesses — so you and your family never have to worry about what happens if something unexpected occurs.

Your Safety is Our Priority

At Stroll Walking Club™, we take every step with care. To ensure total peace of mind for our members and their families, we are fully protected by Commercial General Liability insurance. This comprehensive coverage is our “financial firewall,” specifically designed to handle the unexpected — from minor slips to accidental property damage — allowing our walkers to focus on what matters most: staying active and staying connected.

Above and Beyond: Our “Umbrella” of Protection

We believe in being over-prepared for the unexpected. In addition to our standard commercial insurance, Stroll maintains a multi-million dollar Umbrella Liability Policy. This “secondary safety net” provides an extra layer of financial security that exceeds industry standards. It's our way of ensuring that no matter what happens, our commitment to our members' safety and our community's trust remains ironclad.

Our core values on safety

Safety First, Always

We put the well-being of seniors at the center of every decision — from routes and pacing to training and protocols.

Do the Right Thing

We lead with integrity and compassion, even when it's inconvenient. We choose what's right over what's easy.

Trust Is Earned Daily

We show up, follow through, and act with transparency for seniors, families, and partners — every single walk.

Respect & Dignity

We honor every senior's independence, preferences, and pace. No one is rushed, dismissed, or left behind.

“Every walk is led by a trained, CPR-certified Guide who knows our members by name. We show up on schedule, every week — not a faceless online interaction, but real people you can call.”
